About Us

DNA Builds was founded by David Valdez, whose primary focus is creating a personalized experience for each client with a meticulous approach on the fine details throughout every project. 

Having worked for companies in Dallas, Houston and Austin, David has a diverse and well-rounded experience in the residential construction industry.  He has extensive experience in both the pre-construction and construction process, which allows him to be proactive in avoiding mistakes and miscommunications while staying heavily involved in each project from start to finish. 

David's passion is building long-lasting relationships with his clients and industry professionals alike, and there's nothing he enjoys more than helping people transform their homes and bring their visions to life. 

When David is not on job sites, you can find him spending time with his beautiful wife, Abby and their two labs, Brodie and Zoey. He also enjoys watching his favorite sports teams on the weekends, the Dallas Cowboys and Arsenal FC!
